Okay, false alarm!

So, my papers are at mission headquarters! Only problem is they're going to be delayed a couple weeks. They want me to go get a psych evaluation, which I did today. Sounds simple, right? Well, the actual evaluation isn't really that bad. It's quite funny really, some of the questions that they ask you. The questionnaire part was 377 questions long! Anyway, the part that takes so long is processing that questionnaire. There is only one processor in the nation, so they are a little backed up. So, that should be sent in about 2-3 weeks. More waiting. It's all good though, because work seriously needs me right now.

So, I thought I would just post this quick update to help out all those wondering how long it will be 'til I leave *cough cough MOM cough* JK I'll post on here as soon as I find out anything. Thanks for continuing to read through this craziness!

They're in! Well...Sorta

Hey, so I did my final interviews with my Bishop and Stake President! So my papers were turned in last Wednesday. I'm so excited!!!

I got a call on Sunday that the Mission Headquarters are requesting a psych evaluation. So the call will be delayed a little while. I'm meeting with LDS family services (my bestest friends ever :P) on Thursday, and from what I hear, everything should be finished up in that meeting.

So, I continue with working at Jimmy Johns and I'm trying to get better at visiting family in the area. I'm sorry to those who do live in the area that I haven't visited. Anyway, I'll try to post when I learn more. I've created a Facebook event (Mission Time! Where will Candace go?) on which to guess where I'll be called to. Feel free to go on there, or guess right here in the comments.

The End Approaches ;)

So the end of the waiting in finally near! (and I thought I had learned patience :) I went to the doctor for a mission physical and so he should be submitting that to my Bishop in the next week. The only thing I have left is to take my mission picture and that is simple enough to do. So I'm getting soooooooo close! I'm so excited!

In the meantime, I'm working a Jimmy Johns quite a bit. The manager who works out our schedule rocks! She gave me over thirty hours a week, so I am earning a good amount, which makes me a lot less stressed.

For those of you in Arizona (the only one of which I know is reading is my mother :), I am planning on coming down on the 14th of June to visit for the weekend and go to my wonderful Sister-in-Law's first Baby Shower! I'm so excited! Hope you guys have nice, toasty weather ready for me when I come. I haven't had a good heat wave in a while. Oh, and if anyone wants to hang out with me, remember when I'm coming down and we'll try to make it happen :)

Anywho, I just thought I would write and take advantage of the wonderfully exciting news to write on here. The times between when it will be me writing on here and when my mom will be posting stuff on here is dwindling. Love you all!
